청하(CHUNG HA) - 공개방송 통합공지 안내 (KOR/ENG)

안녕하세요. 청하 스태프입니다. 

팬클럽석을 통한 공개방송 입장에 대해 안내드립니다. 

모든 공개방송은 기본적으로 아래 내용에 따라 입장하지만

각 방송 및 행사의 성격에 따라 변동 사항이 발생할 수 있습니다. 

본 공지를 포함하여 각 공개방송 참여 신청 공지를 꼼꼼히 확인 해주시기 바랍니다. 

[기본 규칙]

1. 현장 스태프의 안내에 협조 부탁드립니다. 

2. 원활한 공개방송 참여 및 안전을 위해 뛰거나 구조물(난간, 벤치 등)에 올라가는 행동은 자제 부탁드립니다. 

3. 사전에 협의 되지 않은 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음은 일체 불가합니다. 

4. 사전녹화&생방송 시 과도한 개인 멘트는 자제 부탁드립니다. 

[준비물]

* 팬클럽석으로 참여하시는 분들께서는 아래 준비물을 지참하셔야 입장 가능합니다. 

* 공개방송 신청 이후 참여 명단이 공지됩니다. (서베이 신청 선착순으로 명단 번호 부여)

해당 명단 번호를 기준으로 인원체크를 진행하며 인원체크 시 준비물을 소지하지 않을 경우

가장 뒤로 밀려납니다.

* 음원 구매 / 스트리밍 내역 확인이 완료된 분들께 인증 스티커를 배부합니다. 

스티커를 배부 받으신 분들은 이후 공개방송 참여시 별도의 인증 절차를 진행하지 않습니다. (스티커로 대체)

- 공개방송 참여 신청 서베이는 청하(CHUNG HA) OFFICIAL WEBSITE 가입자만 참여 가능합니다. 

- 인원체크 시 모바일로 로그인한 화면을 확인합니다.

- 구매 내역, 개인정보 페이지를 확인합니다. 

출력물 / 어플 / 모바일 웹 모두 가능하며 어플, 모바일 웹의 경우

캡쳐 이미지가 아닌 해당 페이지를 실제로 열어서 보여주셔야 합니다. 

출력물을 준비하시는 경우 아래 내용을 참고 해주시기 바랍니다.

- 스트리밍 인증 횟수를 확인합니다.

출력물 / 어플 / 모바일 웹 모두 가능하며 어플, 모바일 웹의 경우

캡쳐 이미지가 아닌 해당 페이지를 실제로 열어서 보여주셔야 합니다. 

스트리밍 횟수 확인 페이지는 아래와 같습니다.

신분증
 

* 학교에서 발급한 학생증이라 하더라도 신분증 필수요소(사진, 이름, 생년월일)가

  충족되지 않을 경우, 본인 확인이 불가능합니다. 이 경우 다른 신분증으로 대체 바랍니다.

* 초등학생의 경우에는 사진이 없는 건강보험증, 주민등록 등본 및 초본으로 대체 가능하나, 

  원활한 확인 절차를 위하여 가급적이면 청소년증을 발급받아 준비하시기를 권유 드립니다.

* 국가기술자격증 종류는 Q-net 사이트 내 자격 정보 탭에서 확인 가능합니다.

* 유효기간이 지난 신분증은 인정되지 않습니다.

[신청 방법]
1. 청하(CHUNG HA) OFFICIAL WEBSITE에 안내되는 각 공개방송(또는 행사) 참여 신청 공지를 확인한 뒤

  해당 서베이를 통해 신청합니다. 

2. 서베이의 경우 한 계정 당 한 번만 참여 가능합니다. (1계정 1참여 원칙)

3. 한 번 제출된 신청은 오타, 정보수정 등의 이유로 수정하거나 취소 불가합니다. 

신중하게 확인 후 신청해주시기 바랍니다. 

4. 오타 확인될 경우, 정해진 시작 시간 이전 신청자의 경우

   빠르게 신청했더라도 참여 명단 가장 뒷 번호로 밀려납니다. 

[입장 안내]
1. 인원 체크 시간 5분 전까지 체크 장소에 도착 해주시기 바랍니다. 

   정확한 장소는 인원체크 시작 20분 전 CHUNG HA OFFICIAL X(Twitter)

   @CH_CHUN9HA 로 공지됩니다. 

2. 공지된 참여 명단 순서대로 인원체크 후 정확한 입장 번호를 부여합니다.

인원체크 시 준비물 누락 여부, 지각 여부에 따라 입장 순서가 변경될 수 있는 점

참고 부탁드립니다. 

3. 공지된 인원체크 시간에 지각한 경우 모든 인원체크 종료 후 가장 마지막으로 체크됩니다 .

* 입장 순위 *
1. 참여 명단에 있고 모든 준비물을 지참하여 인원체크 시간에 맞추어 도착한 분

2. 참여 명단에 있고 인원체크 시간에 맞추어 왔으나 준비물이 누락된 분

3. 참여 명단에 있고 준비물이 모두 있으나 인원체크 시간에 지각한 분

We would like to inform you on how to participate in public broadcasts through fan club exclusive seats. 

Audience entry for public broadcasts usually follows these basic rules, but there might be some differences depending on the specific broadcast or event. 

Please carefully review this notice, including any specific announcements regarding participation in each public broadcast, for your reference.

[Basic Rules]

1. Please cooperate with the guidance of on-site staff.

2. Please refrain from jumping or climbing onto structures (railings, benches, etc.) to ensure your safety and a pleasant viewing.

3. Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited.

4. Please refrain from excessive & loud personal comments during pre-recorded and live.

[Required Items]

*  Those participating through fan club exclusive seats must bring the following items for admission.

* The list of participants will be announced after public broadcast applications. (List numbering is assigned based on the order of applications.) 

During the headcount, if you do not have the required items, you will be moved to the back of the list.
 

* Stickers will be distributed to those with verified music purchase and streaming proof. Those who receive stickers will not need a separate verification process in future public broadcasts. (Stickers will serve as verification)

- Public broadcast participation application is only available to CHUNG HA OFFICIAL WEBSITE members.

- During headcount, we will verify the screen displayed on your mobile.

Proof of purchase for CHUNG HA's 'EENIE MEENIE’, ‘I’m Ready’ music (Melon)
- We will check your purchase history and personal information page. 
  You can provide printouts, application screenshots, or access the mobile web. 
  If using an application or mobile web, you must open the actual page rather than showing a screenshot.

Certification of streaming CHUNG HA's 'EENIE MEENIE’ music 300 times or more (Melon)
- We will verify the number of times you have streamed the music. 
You can provide printouts, application screenshots, or access the mobile web. 
If using an application or mobile web, you must open the actual page rather than showing a screenshot. 
The streaming count page is as follows:

Identification

*Even if you have a student ID issued by a school, if the required identification information (photo, name, date of birth) are not met, verification will not be possible. In this case, please provide an alternative ID.

*For elementary school students, it is recommended to obtain a youth ID for a smooth verification process, even if you have a resident registration certificate or a copy.

*You can check the types of national technical qualification certificates on the Q-net website.

*Expired IDs will not be accepted.

[Appliction Process]

• Please check the public broadcast (or event) participation notice as instructed on CHUNG HA OFFICIAL WEBSITE and apply through the survey.
• Each account can participate in the survey only once (one account, one participation principle).
• Once the application is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled for typos or other reasons. Please carefully review and apply.
• If you submit an application with a typo, and you applied before the specified start time, you will be placed at the bottom of the participant list, regardless of how quickly you applied.
   * The survey will be opened 10 minutes prior to the actual participation time.
  
  [Admission Information]
• Please arrive at the check-in location 5 minutes before the headcount time. 
  The exact location will be announced on CHUNG HA OFFICIAL X(Twitter) -  @CH_CHUN9HA 20 minutes before the headcount begins.
• Participants will be checked in order as announced in the participant list. 
  Please note that the order of admission may change based on the presence or absence of required items and lateness during the headcount.
• Participants who arrive late during the announced headcount time will be checked in last, after all headcounts are completed.
   

* Admission Order Ranking *

1. Participants on the list who arrive on time with all required items during the headcount.

2. Participants on the list who arrive on time but have missing items.

3. Participants on the list who have all required items but arrive late during the headcount.
