안녕하세요 청하 스태프입니다.

EP Album [Alivio] 공개방송 참여 관련하여 안내 말씀드립니다.

아래 공지사항을 정확하게 숙지하신 후 참여해 주시기 바랍니다.

현장에서 공개방송 참여 주의사항을 지키지 않아 팬클럽석에 피해가 가는 행동을 하시는 분들은 경고 조치 없이 바로 해당 앨범 활동의 모든 공개방송 참여하실 수 없는 점 유의 바랍니다.

[기본 규칙]

1. 현장 스태프의 안내에 협조 부탁드립니다.

2. 원활한 공개방송 참여 및 안전을 위해 뛰거나 구조물(난간, 벤치 등)에 올라가는 행동은 자제 부탁드립니다.

3. 사전에 협의 되지 않은 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음은 일체 불가합니다.

4. 사전녹화&생방송 시 과도한 개인 멘트는 자제 부탁드립니다.

[신청 방법]

1. 청하(CHUNG HA) OFFICIAL WEBSITE에 안내되는 각 공개방송(또는 행사) 참여 신청 공지를 확인한 뒤 해당 서베이를 통해 신청합니다. 

2. 서베이의 경우 한 계정 당 한 번만 참여 가능합니다. (1계정 1참여 원칙)

3. 한 번 제출된 신청은 오타, 정보수정 등의 이유로 수정하거나 취소 불가합니다. 

신중하게 확인 후 신청해주시기 바랍니다. 

4. 오타 확인될 경우, 정해진 시작 시간 이전 신청자의 경우 빠르게 신청했더라도 참여 명단 가장 뒷 번호로 밀려납니다. 

* 명단 번호를 기준으로 인원체크를 진행하며 인원체크 시 준비물을 소지하지 않을 경우  가장 뒤로 밀려납니다.

[입장 순서 및 필수 준비물]

[신분증 (신분증 내 본인 확인 가능한 사진 필수)]

- 신분증은 공개방송 참여 신청 정보와 동일한 경우에만 확인이 가능하며, 이름/생년월일/사진이 모두 기재되어 본인 확인이 가능한 실물 신분증으로만 확인이 가능합니다. 신분증의 사진, 프린트물, 모바일 캡쳐, 모바일 앱, 보호자 동반 확인 등은 인정되지 않습니다.

- 현장에서 신분증과 얼굴이 일치하지 않을 경우 추가 확인 요청을 드릴 수 있습니다. 협조 부탁드립니다. 

*본인 확인이 가능한 신분증이란?

- 대한민국 국적 : 여권, 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 청소년증(주민센터 발급)

- 대한민국 국적 외 외국인 : 여권, 외국인 등록증

* 이외 신분증은 인정되지 않습니다(학생증, 사본, 사진, 등본 등)

* 학생증으로는 본인 확인이 불가합니다.

* 모든 신분증은 유효기간이 만료되지 않은 실물 신분증만 유효한 것으로 인정합니다.

[청하(CHUNG HA) EP Album [Alivio] 전곡 음원 다운로드 내역 조회 방법]

- 멜론 -> 마이뮤직 -> 구매목록 -> ‘개별곡’ or ‘FLAC’ 목록 (DCF는 인정되지 않습니다.)

- 8곡 모두 다운로드 받아서 준비해 오셔야만 합니다.

** 출력물 / 어플 / 모바일 웹 모두 가능하며 어플, 모바일 웹의 경우 캡쳐 이미지가 아닌 해당 페이지를 실제로 열어서 보여주셔야 합니다.

** 멜론 이외의 다른 음원 플랫폼은 인증이 불가합니다.

** 오른쪽 상단 ID(닉네임)가 가려지지 않도록 주의 바랍니다.

[회원정보 페이지 조회 방법]


** 위의 ‘본인 인증’ 창 캡쳐 + 카카오계정 관리 팝업이 보이게 출력 하셔야 합니다.

** 두 프린트물의 닉네임이 모두 일치해야 본인확인이 가능합니다.

** 어플 / 모바일 웹의 경우 캡쳐 이미지가 아닌 해당 페이지를 실제로 열어서 보여주셔야 합니다.

- 당일 현장에서 구매 내역서 또는 실물로 확인 진행합니다.

[공개방송 참여 시 주의 사항]

- 모든 공개방송에서의 입장은 명단을 신청해 주신 순서로 입장이 진행됩니다.

- 모든 공개방송에서의 퇴장은 공연이 종료된 후 진행됩니다. 임의로 자리를 이탈하는 행동 및 중도 퇴장 등 방송국 경호팀과의 마찰이 발생할 경우 팬클럽석 입장 제한 등의 팬클럽 전체의 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다. 원활한 공개방송 진행을 위하여 현장 스태프의 통솔에 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

- 인원 체크 시간 5분 전까지 체크 장소에 도착 해주시기 바랍니다.

* 정확한 장소는 인원체크 시작 20분 전 CHUNG HA OFFICIAL X(Twitter) - @CH_CHUN9HA 로 공지됩니다.
- 공지된 인원체크 시간에 지각한 경우 모든 인원체크 종료 후 가장 마지막으로 체크됩니다.

- 모든 공개방송에서는 사진, 동영상 촬영, 녹음, 망원경 사용 등이 금지되며 적발 시 압수 및 퇴장 조치됩니다.
- 공식 응원 도구만 사용 가능하며, 개인 응원 도구 및 플랜카드 등의 사용을 금지합니다.
- 공개방송 촬영장 내에서 개인 멘트를 금지하며 적발 시 스태프의 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.

- 공개방송 현장에서 편지 전달이 가능합니다. 현장 스태프에게 준비한 편지를 전달해주시면 아티스트에게 전달합니다. (* 편지를 제외한 모든 선물은 전달 불가합니다.)

위 공지 미확인으로 인한 불이익은 책임지지 않으며,

Hello, this is CHUNG HA STAFF.

We are here to provide details for those looking to attend the public broadcast of the EP Album [Alivio].

Before participating, please ensure you understand the notices below thoroughly.

Be aware that failing to comply with the participation guidelines at the venue, which disrupts the fan club seating, will lead to a ban from all public broadcasts related to this album’s activities without any prior warning.

[Basic Rules]

1. Your cooperation with the on-site staff’s instructions is requested.

2. For a smooth and safe public broadcast, please refrain from running or climbing on structures such as railings or benches.

3. Any photography, video recording, or audio recording not pre-approved is strictly prohibited.

4. Please minimize excessive personal remarks during pre-recorded and live broadcasts.

[Application Method]

1. Please visit the CHUNG HA OFFICIAL WEBSITE, find the announcements for participating in public broadcasts (or events), and apply through the specified survey.

2. You may participate only once per account (one account, one participation rule).

3. Once submitted, applications cannot be modified or cancelled for reasons such as typos or updates to information. Apply carefully.

4. If typos are found, applicants who submitted before the designated start time will be assigned to the end of the participation list, regardless of how early they applied.

* List numbers will be used for attendance verification. If you do not have the necessary items during the check, you will be moved to the end of the line.

[Entrance Order and Required Items]

[Identification Requirements (Photo on ID must clearly identify the holder)]

- Identification is only valid for public broadcast participation if it corresponds with the submitted registration details and is an original, physical document that includes a name, date of birth, and photo clearly identifying the holder. Acceptable forms of ID do not include photos, printouts, mobile captures, mobile apps, or verification accompanied by a guardian.

- If there is a discrepancy between the ID and the person’s face at the venue, we may request additional verification. We appreciate your cooperation.

*What constitutes a valid ID for verification?

- For South Korean nationals: Passport, resident registration card, driver’s license, youth ID (issued by community centers).

- For non-South Korean nationals: Passport, foreign registration card.

* IDs such as student IDs, copies, photos, and family registry excerpts are not recognized.

* Student IDs are not acceptable for personal verification.

* All IDs must be current and not expired to be considered valid.

[CHUNG HA EP Album [Alivio] Full Album Music Download Verification Method]

 - Melon -> My Music -> Purchase History -> ‘Individual Tracks’ or ‘FLAC’ list (DCF format is not accepted).

- You are required to download all 8 tracks and be prepared to present them.

** Acceptable formats for presenting download history include printouts, apps, and the mobile web. When using apps and mobile web, you must open the actual page and not merely a screenshot.

** Verification using music platforms other than Melon is not permitted.

** Make sure that the ID (nickname) in the top right corner of the screen is not obscured.

[Method for Accessing Member Information Page]



** You must print out the capture of the ‘Self-Verification’ window, ensuring that the Kakao account management popup is visible.

** Both printouts should have matching nicknames for identity verification to be possible.

** For apps or mobile web, you need to open the actual page rather than just showing a screenshot.

- At the event, verification will proceed with either a purchase receipt or the physical album.

[Guidelines for Participating in Public Broadcasts]

- Admission to all public broadcasts is determined by the order of the submitted list of participants.

- Departure from all public broadcasts will take place after the performance ends. If you leave your seat arbitrarily or exit early, and this results in a conflict with the broadcast station’s security team, it may lead to penalties for the entire fan club, including restricted access to fan club seats. Please follow the on-site staff’s directions for the event to run smoothly.

- Arrive at the check-in location five minutes before the personnel check is scheduled to begin.

* The precise location for check-in will be announced 20 minutes prior to the start of the personnel check on CHUNG HA OFFICIAL X (Twitter) - @CH_CHUN9HA.
- If you are late to the designated personnel check time, your check will be conducted last, after all other checks have been completed.

- At all public broadcasts, using photography, video recording, audio recording, or telescopes is prohibited, and violators will face confiscation and expulsion.

- You are allowed to use only official cheering tools; the use of personal cheering tools and placards is prohibited.

- You are not allowed to make personal comments during the broadcast; violations may result in penalties from the staff.

- You may deliver letters to the artist at the venue. Please give any prepared letters to the on-site staff for delivery to the artist. (* No other gifts besides letters are permissible.)

We disclaim responsibility for any disadvantages arising from failure to review these notices.
