아래 내용을 확인하시어, 예매에 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

[예매처 변경 안내]

> 변경 전 : CGV 온라인 홈페이지 및 모바일 APP

> 변경 후 : 청하(CHUNG HA) 비스테이지 내 ‘Shop’ 탭에서 ‘[Beat of My HAART]’ 티켓 구매


[멤버십 혜택 및 예매 일정 안내]

> 해당 공연은 ‘CHUNG HA OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP [HAART]’ 선예매 혜택이 제공됩니다.

> 해당 공연의 멤버십 예매 기간은 아래 일정을 확인 부탁드리며, 예매 기간 내 예매하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 주관사 및 예매처에 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.

* 멤버십 예매 기간 : 2025년 5월 22일 (목) 오후 7시 ~ 2025년 5월 28일 (수) 오후 11시 (KST)

* 멤버십 예매 좌석 현황에 따라 비스테이지 내 멤버십 비가입자를 대상으로 한 일반 예매가 추가 오픈 될 수 있으며, 일반 예매 오픈 시 별도 공지가 안내될 예정입니다.



[예매 유의 사항]

> 해당 공연은 멤버십 가입자 대상 1인 1매 예매 가능합니다.

> 해당 공연은 예매 시 좌석 선택이 불가하며, 예매순으로 좌석이 배정됩니다.

> 해당 공연은 팬미팅 당일 현장 판매는 운영하지 않으며, 전 좌석 사전 예매로 진행됩니다.

> 해당 공연은 입장 시 예매자 정보와 본인 확인이 가능한 실물 신분증 확인이 진행됩니다. 본인이 아닐 경우 입장이 제한될 수 있으며 해당 부분에 대해선 주관사 및 예매처에 책임을 물을 수 없습니다.

* 본인 확인이 가능한 실물 신분증이란?

- 대한민국 국적 : 여권, 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 청소년증(주민센터 발급)

- 대한민국 국적 외 외국인 : 여권, 외국인 등록증

* 이외 신분증은 인정되지 않습니다(학생증, 사본, 사진, 등본 등)

* 학생증으로는 본인 확인이 불가합니다.

* 모든 신분증은 유효기간이 만료되지 않은 실물 신분증만 유효한 것으로 인정합니다.

> 예매 취소 및 환불은 예매한 해당 예매처 ‘비스테이지(b.stage)’에서만 가능하며, 관람일 7일 전부터는 취소/변경/환불이 불가합니다.

[좌석 배부 안내]

> 좌석 배부는 팬미팅 당일 공연 1시간 전부터 여의도 CGV 3관에서 진행됩니다.

> 좌석 배부는 팬미팅 시작 10분 전 마감됩니다. 좌석 배부 마감 시간 이후엔 입장이 제한될 수 있으며, 해당 부분에 대해선 주관사 및 예매처에 책임을 물을 수 없습니다.

> 해당 공연은 지정 좌석제로 배부 받은 좌석을 타인과 변경할 수 없습니다. 좌석 변경이 확인될 경우 공연 관람에 제한될 수 있습니다.

> 배부 받은 좌석 번호표를 분실하실 경우 번호표 재 배부는 불가합니다. 번호표 분실 시 재입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.

We are providing information regarding the ticket reservation for the ‘CHUNG HA MINI FAN MEETING [Beat of My HAART]’, scheduled for June 7 (Saturday).

Please read the following details carefully to avoid any issues during the reservation process.


[Change in Ticket Reservation Platform]

> Before : CGV online website and mobile APP

> After : Purchase tickets for ‘[Beat of My HAART]’ through the ‘Shop’ tab on CHUNG HA b.stage


[Membership Benefits and Ticket Reservation Schedule]

> A pre-sale benefit will be available for members of ‘CHUNG HA OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP [HAART]’.

> Please check the schedule below for the membership reservation period. Note that the organizer and ticketing platform will not be held responsible for any issues arising from failure to reserve within this period.

* Membership Pre-Sale Period: May 22, 2025 (Thursday) 7:00 PM ~ May 28, 2025 (Wednesday) 11:00 PM (KST)

* Depending on the seat availability after the membership pre-sale, a general ticket sale may open for non-members within b.stage. If a general sale is opened, a separate notice will be provided.


[Ticket Reservation Precautions]

> This event allows one ticket per person for CHUNG HA OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members.

> Seat selection is not available at the time of reservation; seats will be assigned in the order reservations are made.

> There will be no on-site ticket sales on the day of the fan meeting. All seats must be reserved in advance. Upon entry, the reservation holder’s information will be verified using a physical ID that confirms their identity.

> If the person attempting to enter is not the reservation holder, entry may be denied, and the organizer and ticketing platform cannot be held responsible.

* What is considered a valid physical ID for identity verification?

- For Korean nationals: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued by a local community center)

- For non-Korean nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card

* Other forms of ID are not accepted (e.g., student ID, photocopies, images, family relation certificate, etc.)

* Student IDs are not valid for identity verification.

* Only physical IDs with a valid (non-expired) expiration date will be accepted.

> Reservation cancellation and refund are only possible through the reservation office 'b.stage', and cancellation/change/refund is not possible within 7 days of the tour date.

[Seat Assignment Notice]

> Seat assignment will take place on the day of the fan meeting, beginning 1 hour before the event at CGV Yeouido, Theater 3. Seat assignment will close 10 minutes before the start of the fan meeting.

> After this time, entry may be restricted, and the organizer and ticketing platform will not be held responsible.

> This event follows a designated seating system, and seats may not be exchanged with others. If any unauthorized seat changes are detected, your access to the performance may be restricted.

> If you lose your assigned seat number slip, it cannot be reissued. In case of loss, re-entry may be restricted.
