* 인원 체크 시간 5분 전까지 체크 장소에 도착 해주시기 바라며 준비물을 미리 꺼내어 준비해 주시기 바랍니다. 정확한 장소는 인원체크 시작 20분 전 CHUNG HA OFFICIAL X(Twitter) - @CH_CHUN9HA 로 공지됩니다.
* 공지된 참여 명단 순서대로 인원체크 후 정확한 입장 번호를 부여합니다. 인원체크 시 준비물 누락 여부, 지각 여부에 따라 입장 순서가 변경될 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
* 공지된 인원체크 시간에 지각한 경우 모든 인원체크 종료 후 가장 마지막으로 체크합니다.
* 사전녹화/생방송 모두 사전 신청자 외 현장 참여는 불가합니다.
* 생방송 참여 인원은 사전녹화 전/후에 안내드립니다. 단, 기존 입장 인원을 토대로 인원을 공지드리며 정확한 입장 인원은 생방송 인원체크 이후 확정되는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
* 신청 후 불참하는 경우 페널티가 적용됩니다.

* 서베이 참여 전 ‘청하(CHUNG HA) [México] 공개방송 통합공지 (KOR/ENG)’를
반드시 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
* 서베이 제출 후 이메일 수신 동의 안내 팝업의 동의/미동의까지 선택해 주셔야
제출 완료 화면을 확인하실 수 있으며, 이 과정까지 진행하셔야 최종 신청됩니다.
<공개방송 참여 준비물>
① 본인 사진 부착 신분증
주민등록증(청소년의 경우 청소년증만 가능, 학생증 불가), 운전면허증, 기간 만료 전의 여권, 모바일 주민등록증(캡처 불가), 모바일 운전면허증(캡처 불가), 외국인의 경우, 외국인 등록증, 기간 만료 전의 여권만 가능
② ‘México’ 멜론 음원 다운로드 내역&본인 확인 페이지(출력물만 인정)
음원 다운로드 내역 조회 방법 : 멜론 -> 마이뮤직 -> 구매목록(개별곡 MP3만 인정)
본인 확인 페이지 : [내 정보 - 개인정보 관리 - 이름/나이 확인]에서 본인 인증이 완료된 페이지
③ ‘México’ 멜론 스트리밍 횟수 : 50회
* 음악방송마다 횟수가 증가합니다. 각 음악방송 참여 공지를 확인해주세요.
스트리밍 횟수 조회 방법 : [스트리밍 횟수 내역 곡 오른쪽 ፧ 클릭 –> 이 곡의 스트리밍 카드 보기]에서 횟수 확인
④ 청하 bubble 구독 확인(모바일)
bubble STARS 앱 -> My bubble > 구독 확인
* 스트리밍/다운로드 모두 멜론 이외의 다른 음원 플랫폼은 인증이 불가합니다.
* 모든 준비물이 확인된 분에 한해 출석카드를 1인 1회 제공하며 이후 음원 다운로드 내역서 대신 사용할 수 있습니다. (다운로드 인증)
* 다운로드와 스트리밍 내역 모두 모바일로 확인할 경우 체크 시간이 다소 많이 소요되기에 빠른 인원체크를 위해 다운로드 내역은 출력물로만 확인합니다.

Check-in Location: Sangam CJ ENM Center
* Please arrive at the designated check-in location 5 minutes prior to the check-in time and have your required items ready in advance. The exact location will be announced 20 minutes before check-in begins via CHUNG HA OFFICIAL X(Twitter) - @CH_CHUN9HA.
* Attendees will be checked in according to the announced applicant list, after which exact entry numbers will be assigned. Please note that entry order may change depending on missing items or tardiness during check-in.
* If you arrive late for the announced check-in time, you will be checked in last, after all other attendees have been processed.
* On-site participation is NOT allowed for both pre-recordings and live broadcasts without prior application.
* The number of participants for live broadcasts will be announced before/after the pre-recording. However, please note that the exact number of admitted attendees will be finalized after live broadcast check-in based on the initial entry count.
* If you fail to attend after applying, a penalty will be applied.
Penalty: Excluded from participating in subsequent [México] open broadcasts

* After submitting the survey, you must select agree/disagree on the email consent pop-up window to reach the submission completion screen. Your application is only finalized once this step is completed.
